An abandoned page reads as a closed business.
For a lot of buyers your social page is the first thing they check, before the website.
- Last post was months ago.
- Someone asked a question in the DMs in April and nobody replied.
- You post when you remember, which is not a plan.
- The page has followers who never buy anything.
- You're on five platforms and none of them have been touched this month.
- Boosting the last leftover post is the whole strategy.
A page that stays active, and answers, is the one that gets the enquiry.
What we actually do.
Content plan
What gets posted, how often, and why. Agreed monthly so nothing is invented on the day.
Posting
Consistent posting on the platforms your customers actually use, not all of them for the sake of it.
Community management
Comments and messages answered, so the person asking about price gets a reply the same day.
Reporting
What grew, what performed, and what we'd do differently next month.
The photos and captions
We shoot and write as a separate service, or we work with photos and video you send.
Content creation →Paid when it earns it
Boosting is not a plan. When a post should be advertised, that is ad management, priced separately.
Online ads →7 791 page likes at 30 cents each.
A local food initiative wanted a real community on Facebook rather than a follower count bought from anywhere. Audience-focused ads to Durban food lovers, 118 days, content people actually wanted to follow.

Work
Content projects on record.
Questions we get about social media.
Which platforms should I be on?
Where your buyers already are. For most South African small businesses that's Facebook and Instagram, and LinkedIn if you sell to other businesses.
Do you make the content or do I send it?
Either. We shoot and write content as a separate service, or we work with photos and video you send. More →
Will you reply to messages as us?
Yes, with tone and answers agreed with you upfront. Anything we can't answer gets passed to you.
Do followers matter?
Not much on their own. Enquiries matter. A page with 800 local followers who buy beats 12 000 who don't.
Can you run ads on the posts too?
Yes, that's ad management and it's priced separately. More →
What does it cost?
Basic is R2 500 a month for one platform and 8 posts, Premium R6 000 for Facebook and Instagram and 12 posts, Enterprise R10 000 for three platforms and 20 posts. Ad spend and content shoots are separate.
How is this different from ads?
We post and reply so the page stays alive. Ads are paid reach, priced separately. The food-page numbers above used ads on top of content people wanted to follow.
Do I have to be on every platform?
No. The ones your buyers already use. Posting everywhere for the sake of it is how accounts go quiet.
