Do I have to host with you?
No. We'll build on your existing host if you'd rather. We just can't look after the server the same way if it isn't ours.
Can you move my existing site over?
Yes, migration included. Usually done with no downtime you'd notice.
Do you do domains too?
Yes. Registration is billed annually — .co.za is R150 a year. The list is on this page.
Is hosting the same as a care plan?
No. Hosting keeps the site online. A care plan keeps it updated, backed up and supported. More →
What does it cost?
Basic is R1 800 a year, Pro R3 000, Enterprise R6 000. Space, databases and email scale with the plan. Care plans are separate.
Do I need extra plugins for hosting?
No. Server setup, SSL and backups are part of the plan. You are not buying add-ons to make cheap hosting work.
Is email included?
Yes. Basic includes 5 addresses. Pro and Enterprise include unlimited.
