Meet Linkssi, your new link-in-bio

About a year ago, we ran into a problem managing clients’ social media and driving traffic to sources we didn’t control or have access to, like phone calls or a website owned by another company that wouldn’t share access.

We started by exploring existing solutions like Linktree, which would track clicks through to those platforms, but I started wondering: could a link-in-bio do more?

Then it hit me: what if we built a link-in-bio focused on generating leads and conversions for business owners? What would that look like?

What can Linkssi Link-in-bio do?

When building a tool for business owners to run their business, generate leads and meetings, and turn their Link-in-bio from a pretty list of links into a conversion tool.

Link-in-bio

I view the Link-in-bio as the online front gate to your business, so you can point your visitors to the most important parts of your site or the action you’d want them to take. Our Link-in-bio platform is free for anyone who wants an easy-to-use builder, with easy styling options.

Ecards

Over the last few years, I’ve built a couple of digital business card landing pages for clients and their sales team. When looking at what features should belong in Linkssi, this felt like a natural fit for the platform.

You can create a contact card for your Link-in-bio with ease, which lets people click a link that pops up your contact card with an option to save it to their phone.

Form Builder, Newsletter Connector, Lead Magnets and Lead CRM

To build a conversion and lead generation tool, you need forms that visitors can use to submit enquiries for your service and products.

These forms fuel multiple aspects of your conversion engine; you can push submissions straight to your newsletter provider. You can also set up lead magnets for the visitor to download.

Each form submission can be routed as a general entry or a lead; with leads, you move them through the pipeline and keep a record of every submission from that contact through the lead CRM contacts.

Booking Calendar

Every business could benefit from a calendar that lets people book appointments to see how you can help through your services. You don’t have to start with an empty calendar. Linkssi allows you to connect your Google Calendar to your booking calendar, so it uses your available times. It can add the event to your calendar, in addition to creating a Google meeting event.

External Embeds

When building Linkssi, I knew I didn’t want to close our system off to just your link-in-bio, so our goal was to create a system that you can integrate onto your website. This means you can take your forms and booking calendar with you, and synchronise all leads and bookings into your Linkssi account.

Smart sites

Alongside our external embeds, you can add a pixel to your site that gives your CRM and leads more details; for instance, when a site visitor submits a form, Linkssi CRM can tell you which pages that user visited and how long they were on those pages. This helps you assess how warm that lead is.

Great, that’s one cool feature, but that’s not smart yet. It has automations, such as following up if you haven’t moved the card in your pipeline; it will remind you to contact that lead or ask if you’ve contacted them and move the card to the next stage of your pipeline.

You have not heard back from that lead in a while, and they browse your site again; Linkssi will let you know they were on your site, which means they may still be warm; then it gives you the chance to send that follow-up and re-engage that lead.

QR Codes

QR codes have been around since 1994, but over the last few years their usage by businesses has exploded; we’ve built QR codes so you can take your marketing efforts from online into the real world. On the paid plans, you can update where these QR codes send people.

API & MCP

As a business owner who sees the value of getting my different tools to work with each other and not be siloed, having an API and MCP is useful, as they allow me to achieve this platform freedom; in fact, our contact form is not embedded; it was built through our MCP & API layers.

Our goal is to make Linkssi as easy for you to use as possible. The MCP helps with this; imagine needing to add a new link: you can ask Claude to add that link to your bio for you, instead of logging in and doing it manually.

Is switching a headache?

Ok so you already have a link in bio with Linktree or Beacon; switching takes time to set everything up manually. That can be a headache, but we’ve built a switching tool for Linktree and Beacon to make bringing your profile image, bio, socials, links and basic styling across as simple as pasting your current link-in-bio URL.

That’s not all, folks.

We have a much larger vision for Linkssi. The goal is to turn Linkssi from a Link-in-Bio into a business operating system, giving you the tools to market and run your business all from one place. You can learn more about what is planned on our roadmap here.

Many business owners need to create separate accounts and configure multiple tools that don’t talk to each other. With Linkssi, your business can stop needing multiple subscriptions.
